At Toolsy, we offer a range of delivery options in order to give our customers the best price possible that is available to us.

Your available delivery methods at checkout will be based on the weight of your products, your delivery location and the value of your total order.

We ship all orders with DHL or Royal Mail.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 days.

We offer free delivery on orders to Mainland UK over £250.

All customers ordering to UK mainland should receive their order in no longer than 5 working days from when the order is placed. If your order hasn't arrived in this timeframe, please contact sales@toolsy.co.uk and we will contact our delivery network.

We hold stock in 2 UK-based warehouses and whilst we hold the majority of stock in our Primary location, on certain orders we have to allow time for stock to arrive from our other location for your order.

We strive to provide you will all the information you will need about our products within the product pages to enable you to make an informed decision about your order. In certain cases, you may change your mind or have ordered a product incorrectly.

If you do need to return an item(s), you have 30 days from receipt of the item for a full refund (minus delivery) or for an exchange.
