Delivery Information

At Toolsy, we offer a range of delivery options in order to give our customers the best price possible that is available to us.

Your available delivery methods at checkout will be based on the weight of your products, your delivery location and the value of your total order.

We ship all orders with DHL or Royal Mail.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 days.

We offer free delivery on orders under 30kg to Mainland UK over £250.

All customers ordering to UK mainland should receive their order in no longer than 5 working days from when the order is placed. If your order hasn't arrived in this timeframe, please contact sales@toolsy.co.uk and we will contact our delivery network.

We hold stock in 2 UK-based warehouses and whilst we hold the majority of stock in our primary location, on certain orders we have to allow time for stock to arrive from our other location for your order.

Returns Information

We strive to provide you with all the information you will need about our products within the product pages to enable you to make an informed decision about your order. In certain cases, you may change your mind or have ordered a product incorrectly.

If you do need to return an item(s), you have 30 days from receipt of the item for a full refund (minus delivery) or for an exchange.

Please note: All items in your order must still be in their original packaging and unused. If this isn't the case, we are unable to accept the return and you will not be refunded.

Product(s) received damaged

We pride ourselves on the brands and products we stock, sourced through our long-lasting relationships with our partners.

If in the rare event that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer support team on sales@toolsy.co.uk – this must be reported within 3 days of delivery. In your email/message, please include as more information as possible including photos of the damage, packaging and label.

Our team will review your request,  reply within 1 working day and if the appeal is granted we will either replace the item(s) you ordered or provide you with a full refund of the item(s).

If a full refund is issued, we will arrange collection from you free of charge.

Please note: Liquid products are not insured and as such Toolsy is not liable for any lost or damaged dispatches.

Order not received

If you haven't received your order after the longest time period stated in the delivery method at checkout, i.e. after 5 working days, when delivery method stated 3-5 working days, please contact our customer support team on sales@toolsy.co.uk – this must be reported within 5 days of non-delivery.
